Watch | England Wheelchair meet HRH the Princess of Wales at Hampton Court Palace reception

England’s Wheelchair Rugby League World Cup winners attended a reception hosted by HRH The Princess of Wales, Patron of the Rugby Football League, in the Garden Room at Hampton Court Palace.

The Princess was introduced to the England players, support staff and other invited guests by RFL Chair Simon Johnson and England Head Coach Tom Coyd – including James Simpson, who announced his retirement last week after an outstanding career with Leeds Rhinos and England. Her Royal Highness also joined the squad for a group photograph with the World Cup trophy.
